Crowd Release was a major cross-platform release in 2017. End-to-End story mapping was and effort to ensure product readiness before shipment.
In order to ensure successful user experience across different products, the UX team led the mapping of END-TO-END stories that include MuleSoft's main personas. Collaboration was crucial for the project to be successful, and we achieved it with building a physical map in the center of the office, which drew the employees together and sparked conversations.
We digitalized the high level stories and shared across the organization, to receive feedback from our remote employees.
After, we filled the map with step by step screens, to define pain-points (red stickers), which needed to be resolved before shipping the product.
